Cancellation Policy
• No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Our artisans begin crafting your unique piece immediately to ensure timely delivery and the highest quality.
Return & Replacement Policy
• Replacement for Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
• Refunds for Damaged Items: In the event a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund for the damaged item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
• No Returns for Other Reasons: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage during shipping.
Additional Guidelines
• Shipping Costs: KaArtsa will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
